Why can’t I find your rates on your website?
We don’t post our delivery rates on our web site because delivery times, repetition, mileage, size and other factors usually vary with the needs of each customer. We do believe we offer some of the most affordable and reasonable rates in the D/FW metroplex. If you call us at 817.590.8686 we will gladly quote you a delivery rate for your specific need.

How do you determine your rates?
Our rates are based on these factors: 1) How quickly from when you call us that you need the delivery made. 2) The weight and/or skid count of your delivery. 3) How many miles from pickup to delivery. 4) Whether it’s an inside a building or an outside dock delivery. 4) The current fuel surcharge.

What is a fuel surcharge?
Cowtown Express, like most delivery companies, adds a fuel surcharge to our delivery rate. This surcharge is determined by applying a fixed percentage to the prior weeks diesel fuel rate. It’s usually about a 2% addition.

Can I set up an account to be billed?
Sure, we would be glad to establish the convenience of a billing account for your company. Our normal terms are Net 30 days. Call us at 817.590.8686 to set it up.

Our billing terms are Net 30 days. We mail you an invoice after your freight is delivered.

What was the first piece of freight you delivered?
It was over 25 years ago. We had one van and delivered milk cartons for the now closed down Borden plant off of 8th Street in Fort Worth.
